By accessing qlia.io (the "Site") and using the services provided under the brand QLIA, you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and QuantumLeap IconIQ AInnovations Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
QLIA provides access to autonomous AI agents and automated workflows (the "AI Services"). You acknowledge that these agents are powered by the QLIA framework. While highly sophisticated, these agents are software, not humans, and their outputs are subject to the limitations described in Section 7.
"QLIA," "QLIA," and the associated logos are trademarks of QuantumLeap IconIQ AInnovations Inc. Use of these marks without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The Site's code, design, "vibe," and the underlying QLIA technology are the exclusive property of the Company.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the specific outputs generated by the AI employees for your use. However, you acknowledge that under Canadian law, purely AI-generated content may have limited copyright protection. We recommend a "Human-in-the-loop" approach for critical work.
You agree not to use QLIA or QLIA technology to:
The Site and AI Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." QuantumLeap IconIQ AInnovations Inc. makes no guarantees that the AI agents will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumLeap IconIQ AInnovations Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from AI "hallucinations," autonomous errors, or your reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
AI systems can occasionally produce "hallucinations"—information that is fictitious, incorrect, or biased. You are solely responsible for fact-checking and verifying any output before using it for legal, financial, or medical purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Niagara Region (St. Catharines), Ontario, Canada.
